Clubhouse Reservation Form

To reserve the PYC Clubhouse, you must fill out a form and give a check to the bar chairman.  Until the check is in the hands of the chairman, you have NOT completed the request, and others may get priority over your request.

Bar Rules

Procedures for Private Usage of the PYC Clubhouse

1. A Club member must host any function approved within the Rules. The hosting member must be present at that function. Private functions will be allowed only for a member's family or for boating related  activities.

2. The Club Member hosting a private group must be responsible for insuring that all clubhouse and bar rules are adhered to.

3. While Club members are expected to respect the privacy of a function sponsored by another member, all Club members have the right to full access of all Club facilities at all times for incidental purposes.

4. The Clubhouse will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis for any use of a private group hosted by a PYC member.

5. The Clubhouse will not be considered scheduled until the request for it has been received by the  Chairmen of the Entertainment Committee and the Chairman of the Bar Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.

6. If the private group hosted by a Club member requires the use of the bar, the Bar Committee Chairman must either approve the Bartenders provided by the user of the Club or provide a bartender at a cost to the user.

7. Use of the Clubhouse should be scheduled such that adequate notice to the membership at large can be given either through the Newsletter or by announcement at a regular meeting.

8. The Club member hosting a private party is responsible for having the Clubhouse returned to the same condition as received by noon of the day following the scheduled function.

9. The Club member hosting the party shall be charged a fee for the private use of the clubhouse as set by the Board of Directors.



Guest Rules etc.

1. Only members, guests and registered visitors of the Club are allowed on the second floor of the Clubhouse or the Upper Deck.

2. Children under the New York State legal age will not be allowed on the 2nd floor of the

Clubhouse unless accompanied by a member or parent, and are not allowed to sit at the bar.

3. Only Club members and others authorized by the Bar Chairman, or paid bar tenders are allowed behind the bar.

4. Members will be held responsible for the actions and behavior of their guests.

5. Alcoholic beverages are not to be taken into the Clubhouse or on the upper deck unless they have been purchased at the Club Bar.

6. Beer that is sold unopened must not be opened or consumed in the Clubhouse or on the Upper Deck.

7. All food and beverages served at the Club Bar must be paid for with cash, and may not be taken for credit or in consideration of work performed.
